environments. A large height adjusting knob allows accurate plate positioning at any height from 3" to a fully extended height of 12". The smooth, easy-to-clean top plate is 8 1/4" in
diameter and has a molded in opening to install a vertical support rod (not included - see below). Both top and bottom plates may be drilled for permanent attachment to bench or lab
equipment with screws or bolts. Steam autoclavable at 250oF.

explosive vaporization commonly known as "bumping". Permits a steady stream of bubbles to escape without splatter. Any gases formed within liquid are extracted quickly and completely. Froth is evenly spread
out and does not climb the neck of the flask. Inert and insoluble, boiling chips will not contaminate the liquid. They remain at bottom of vessel allowing liquid to be easily poured off. Discard after use.
