Orders:

• No minimum order requirement
• Special Pricing on large and blanket orders. Please call.
• Credit cards, wire transfers and personal checks are accepted
• Terms – Net 30 days
• Standard shipping – UPS or Federal Express FOB: shipping point (Williston, VT)
• Telephone, fax, mail and emailed orders accepted

Returns:

• Accepted up to 60 days from date of invoice
• Inspect received goods immediately upon receipt. Report breakage, shortage, etc. to Ladd immediately at 800-451-3406 so the problem can be corrected by the shipper or by Ladd.
